Join us for a powerful winter workshop designed to reconnect you to your breath, your body, and the calm within.
The experience begins with yoga teacher, Ellie Zeitlin, guiding mindful movement and breathwork to help balance the body and mind. Through simple asanas and pranayama, you’ll learn how breath and movement together can ground and energize you in daily life.
Cole Blumstein will then lead a short workshop exploring the science and spirit of breath followed by a guided meditation with breathwork. Together, we will explore how conscious breathing can regulate and rewire the nervous system, strengthening emotional resilience. Participants will learn simple techniques for daily practice, thermoregulation, and responding to the inevitable stress of life’s challenges with greater steadiness and awareness.
We’ll then take these tools into nature for a short hike and (optional) guided cold plunge, using the breath to meet intensity with intention. Cold immersion, paired with conscious breathing, is a powerful teacher—strengthening the immune, respiratory, and nervous systems while reducing inflammation and cultivating presence.
We’ll close the afternoon back at Bonflower Farm Yoga Studio with warm tea and open conversation about integrating these practices into daily life.
Set in the peaceful wilderness, Wallkill, NY is just 1.5 hours from NYC and accessible by car, bus and train).
What if the new year didn’t have to be about “becoming” someone new?
What if we could reconnect with the same self that’s always been there?
What if 28 days could create a real shift in the body, mind, and nervous system, creating change that actually sticks?
Start the year grounded, centered, and breathing with purpose. Each day, you’ll receive a guided meditation and breathwork practice designed to balance mind and body with greater harmony.
Whether you’re experienced or just beginning, this 28-day challenge is a chance to turn intention into real, embodied experience. The practice honors the Zen principle of beginner’s mind, returning each day without judgment or expectation, simply showing up for yourself.
Join a supportive community, share reflections and build the foundation for habits that last. After 28 days, you’ll have tools to maintain a daily practice, breathe more effectively, and feel more present.
The challenge is offered on a sliding scale. For many, money is a motivator. Commit an amount that will add meaning and support to your practice. Your contribution not only grants access for yourself, but also helps bring these practices to underserved communities who otherwise could not afford a monetary exchange.
…new year, same you, refreshed from within…
